About the project "Dream Body"
Karina is the founder and curator of the online project "Dream Body". This is a well-known weight loss program, everyone can take part in it. All you need to do is register on the Dream Badi website. Before the start of the season, participants take measurements of their volumes and photos before / after. Then begins a month of active work on yourself and your body. The trainer teaches participants the basics of proper nutrition. This information will be useful after the completion of the project. For each individually, Karina develops a personalized nutrition program. Participants get to know each other in a chat, share their problems and achievements, support each other in the fight for the figure of their dreams.
Karina created the author's training program. Classes can be alternated at home and in the hall. Throughout the project, 5 workouts per week are provided. Each exercise is accompanied by video support. So the participants will be able to work out the correct technique for completing tasks.
